I am a 70-year-old woman who had been diagnosed with a Morton's Neuroma years ago but was told that nothing could be done about it. Dr. Forman was referred to me by a friend of a friend. After my first visit with Dr. Forman, I knew I had finally found a doctor who would listen and help. He examined my foot and provided immediate relief of pressure from a thickened toenail (which also had caused pain for years) and he spelled out a plan to treat my neuroma. Office staff is excellent. Dr Forman is smart and patient. Took a conservative approach with me which I liked. Gave me a spacer for my toe that wouldn’t be in th drugstore and is very helpful. Great first appointment experience
Doctor is good. Front desk employees are horrible. I tried to make an appointment about one year ago and had difficulty reading the health insurance phone number. I asked if I could send a photo of my card. She would not let me. I tried taking a photo of the card but I still could not read it, She slammed the phone down in the cradle. Today I tried to make an appointment again. I was told by the front desk that I needed to "change my attitude". Again she hung up on me.
I just saw Dr. Forman and was very impressed by Dr. Forman and his staff. I am hearing impaired and they were very patient as I am hearing impaired and he and his medical assistant Mark took their time and wrote dow all our communications. He also found my foot problem that was never diagnosed before. He is an amazing doctor.
The best is that Dr.Forman spent quality and sufficient time with me.not a comment I make about many drs,
