The doctor and staff are very curious and professional. They are all nice and warm and willing to help you with everything.
The practice is the best I've been to. Every single person from scheduling on the phone, nurse who takes your information first, radiology, the doctor and paying at the end, every single person was a super pleasant experience and interaction. Dr. Eilers took his time evaluating me, answering every question I had and never rushed me. I would not go amywhere else to get treated.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Eilers. I came in experiencing severe shoulder pain, and he was incredibly thorough in explaining exactly what I needed. A wonderful nurse administered a cortisol shot that provided immense relief. Dr. Eilers proactively recommended an MRI to get to the root of the issue. I greatly appreciate a doctor who takes the time to explain things in detail, listens to their patients, and maps out a clear path forward. Highly recommended!
