Long wait times. Outdated machine equipment and policies
On the first day of our motorcycle trip, my husband lost the scew to one of his eyeglass arms. The screw was tiny, I mean TEENY TINY so none of the repair kits carried by local stores had anything remotely teeny tiny enough. Great. Now what?
