Excellent care, excellent service. I’ve been under their care since the late 90s.
The ophthalmologist was nice but the the staff is questionable. They kept asking me to get closer to the machine until my eye was touching the device. The day after the eye exam I woke up with some kind of infection and couldn't open my left eye. Eyelids were stuck together by some kind of crust. Had never experienced this before. The billing department adamantly told me it couldn't have come from them, even though they called in a prescription for it. Dr Elkinson always makes sure that all my questions are answered, and his staff is always friendly n helpful. Has a wide variety of eyewear to chose from to fit everyone's style.
Every visit and exam are a pleasure. Excellent eye care and warm, thoughtful staff make this our "go to" place for the best care and eyewear. The technology used is surpassed only by their skill in using it for our benefit
