Mark is so respectful of both of my teens with ASD, he is 100% there for them as the patient. He speaks to the kids and goes out of his way to help them succeed in life. I love his consistent approach it takes the anxiety out of appointments for both of my children.
Dr Davoren was hopeless for my daughter. He diagnosed her ADHD straight away but when asked for a referral to do ADOS testing as we believed she has autism as well, he dismissed our concerns and said "she doesnt have autism, she's outgoing and can make eye contact" which is the most outdated information. We then went privately for an ADOS assessment and out daughter was diagnosed with asd2! All Davoren wanted to do was prescribe adhd medication. Davoren was rude ,expensive and prescribed medication first visit without any recommendation of alternative solutions, then said come back to him when we decide to medicate my daughter. 100% wouldn't recommend even if he was the last paediatrician on earth.
