I really think the office needs to be upfront with the fact that they only do composite fillings and not silver - which is a major additional cost not covered by insurance (they couldn't actually tell me the cost difference when asked). This isn't made clear when booking an initial appointment, only when signing the many forms they give you to onboard. I thought I had a cleaning and an appointment with the dentist but there was no cleaning and the dentist only saw me for less than 2 minutes. Nevertheless, they wanted to code... read more
