I had my initial consult today after being diagnosed with breast cancer. The doctor took time to explain the process. I felt seem, heard and that I was not just a case. They left me feeling that I am in great hands and will be cared for every step of the way through the process.
I was in the Tristate Medical Center in Hermitage and this "doctor" was supposed to remove a blood clot in my lower right leg. He told my family that he had bypassed the clot but he did no such thing. I got gangrene in the toes on my right foot and they had to be amputated. After being sent back to my home in Parsons I had to be moved to Jackson Madison County General Hospital as an emergency patient and Dr. Jonathan Braun performed an angioplasty on the clot and restored blood flow to my foot. I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Cooper for five years. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience my visits have been. He has a very caring approach towards his clients and his staff are great too. Any visit to a surgeon is a time of anxiety, but Dr Cooper leaves you feeling important and informed. 5+ stars
