Our appointment was 10:45 yesterday and when we arrived @ 10:42 there was no parking at all and I called the office right away to let them know that we arrived but no one answered the phone. The patient my uncle have colon cancer met to lung cancer and he is using wheelchair and he is on 6 liters oxygen. I left my uncle at the front entrance while I look for a parking and called again and no one answer the phone the. The first time I met Dr. Taylor was in the middle of the night when he randomly can by while I was at Sunrise. He woke me up told me what was going on while I was in a dazed confusion then left. There was no way for me to consent or ask questions because I wasn’t even awake enough to process what he said. He then sent a nurse practitioner to explain what was going to happen on January 3. I highly do not recommend going to this doctor. He and his staff (Centennial Hills Heart Center) seemed very unprofessional. He cancelled on my Significant Other’s appointment twice when my SO was having terrible chest pain and breathing issues. Dr. Taylor cancelled the second time, 8 minutes before my SO’s appointment as he was parking in front of the building!
