Two years ago I went to Dr. Howe because he was the closest Orthopedic Surgeon to my residence. He ordered a MRI, which showed spinal stenosis in my lower back. He advised surgery but I was afraid of surgery so I delayed. Over the past year the pain became sever. After some study of the surgery I scheduled surgery May 16, 2013. From the time he walked in the room I knew this Doctor was not the doctor I wanted to see. I had been having back issues for about 3 months, progressively getting worse. They took xrays he did a short evaluation and said there is nothing wrong with me, said I was overweight and thats what my problem was, I said 60 % of the population is Obese. Do not go to this doctor. Rude. Told me to shut up. Says nothing wrong with me.
Do NOT go to this doctor. he misdiagnosed my conditiion and now I am going to die from it and its time to get this doctor out of pratice! why do they allow stupid mean doctors like this one to practice? he is mean, rude, unhelpful and doesnt care. We should al file complaints against him and get a class action suit against him since there is more than one of us. Do NOT go to this doctor. you will be sorry
This doctor did my spine surgery and I have been in pain every day of my life ever since. He is mean and has a horrible bedside manner. Having him do my surgery was the worse decision I ever made in my life. I hope that if you have come to read his rating, understand that this is from my own personal experience. Do not make the same mistake I did. There are many other orthopedic surgeons. Take it from me, see someone else.
5 weeks after surgery, still cannot walk without walker and still in pain. Was more mobile prior to surgery. The doctor had no bedside manner whatsoever.
Dr. Thompson is Great! He is my life saver in a world of pain he was able to give me back my life!
the staff as well as the doctor her self would be rated very low...it is hard communicating with her (getting an understanding of each others point of vie) and in matters of paper work it can be a disaster...late not done ect.
