My mother saw Dr. Napoli as her first cardiologist, and I am extremely disappointed in the care she received. She came to him with ongoing complaints of shortness of breath and feeling unwell, which she expressed clearly and repeatedly. Very good doctor.
Dr Napoli it's very good I wouldn't want to go to anyone else but his staff is poor they don't seem to get the job done I have been trying to get a referral signed off so I can have surgery done and it's been a week and the staff just has excuses I'm scheduled for surgery tomorrow and without his consent to be offer eliquis the surgery will be canceled
I brought a family member to see Dr. Napoli and the wait time was unacceptable. The front desk staff were extremely rude to me for checking even after waiting over 30 minutes.
