Dr. Hines is hands down 1st of all the most intelligent person I’ve ever met. He will explain things to me that no other physician has . He knew more about the issues with my back in 20 minutes than 4 others in 3 years of trying to find help . There should be no reason if you’re in pain and no one has helped you that you don’t go see this Doctor as soon as you can . Don’t hurt and search for 3 years for relief like I did. I had been a patient for 1 year. The front desk staff are sub par. They're not friendly on the phone and never say their names so you have no clue who you're talking to. I felt like I always waited longer in the waiting rooms then my actual appointment lasted. Dr Hines spends most of the time dictating notes rather than talking to you. He is not flexible with self pay. Self pay is $380 and must be paid before he could see you. I wasn't able to make a split payment or anything like that. Absolutely hands down the most thorough, kind and compassionate doctor I have ever gone to. Dr Hines’ extensive orthopedic knowledge helped me understand the underlying symptoms and issues I have been having with my ankle and back. Dr Hines’ compassion is evident, and he truly cares about his patients. Thank you! So blessed to have found this doctor.

The care, compassion, and outstanding treatment I've received from Dr Hines, and his staff, has not only saved my sanity, but also, literally, my life. Never met a Dr more thural, knowledgeable and caring. Wasted years, time, money and life with other pain specialist, clinics and major hospital systems. They all pale in comparison to Dr Hines. Forever grateful.

Dr. Hines is simply the very best at what he does. When choosing a doctor the things a patients must find valuable are: The Person, The Process, and The Product. Dr. Hines is quite possibly the most intelligent physician I have ever met. Working in the medical industry for two decades, this is a very high compliment.
