I had to call many times to get someone to answer to schedule my appointment. It made me apprehensive about going, since I had already read so many negative reviews. However, the office was clean and the front desk helped me right away. It took about 30 minutes to fill out all of their forms. After that I waited about fifteen minutes to be called back.
