I had to call many times to get someone to answer to schedule my appointment. It made me apprehensive about going, since I had already read so many negative reviews. However, the office was clean and the front desk helped me right away. It took about 30 minutes to fill out all of their forms. After that I waited about fifteen minutes to be called back. I got there at 2:20pm and my appointment was at 3:30pm on 7/23/24. I got my X-RAY and then they put me in a room to wait at 4:00pm. It was 4:30 and there was no sign of the doctor. I walked out and left, he needs to have more consideration for his patients. People have life, jobs, and I was tired from work that day. He needs to be more professional
