Dr.Bergin and everyone at this office is wonderful however there is an employee at the front desk who is extremely rude. She asked my husband if he checked in online for his appointment. He responded no,because he has a flip phone. Her response was, it's 2024. If l talked to a patient like that I would be reprimanded.What an inappropriate thing to say.
Professional, answered questions, fantastic results and follow up
I had rotator cuff surgery in 2020 and knee (torn meniscus repair & foreign body removal), in 2021. Both surgeries went as expected with no post surgical complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Bergin.
