I felt very welcome and relaxed. Everyone was helpful and polite. Awesome selection of glasses if you have to.
The customer service and accuracy at this Optometry Office is unparalleled. I had a wonderful experience picking out my frames. It took some time finding the glasses that were right for me but the staff was so patient, informative, charismatic; and above all, kind. I am so happy with my purchase! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! Excellent. Office staff, Dr. Byers, everything about his office is exemplary. HIGHLY recommend. Sincerely, BH Addendum: Glasses took almost a month to be available for pick up and when I got them, one lens turned dark in the sun, the other lense stayed clear. Not the fault of this office, but the lab that makes them is not very good.
