Dr. Mark Baker and staff are horrible! They do not care about the patient or their feelings! I've been going for two years and now cannot work due to a chronic condition. Dr. Baker's nurse first sent disability forms I asked them to fill out directly to Aetna rather than to my attorney first as per my written and verbal request. They single-handedly ruined my disability case and 10 months of money and effort by doing what they did. Then they refused to even give me copies which I paid $75 for

Had been having symptoms of enlarged prostate for many years. Dr. Baker did TURP, and the results have been remarkable, like night and day. No more difficulty with painful urination, interrupted flow and retention. He explained the procedure, possible risks and benefits, and what to look for during the healing process. It was not easy in the early weeks following the procedure, but looking back, I would do it all over again with no question and would want Dr. Baker to do the procedure.

Had TUNA, Transrethral needle ablation procedure by Dr Baker. Was told would be nonpainful procedure, could bring a book to read. Very uncomfortable difficult procedure. Long story short...within 24 hours, became septic....diagnosed with gram negative sepsis. Spent 10 days in hospital in incredible pain, 6 weeks at home on IV antibiotics. Took over a year to recover. Left me impotent.

I had never been to a Urologist and Dr Baker came highly recommended. He was compassionate, understanding and explained everything to me.
