People laugh when I say I love to go to my dentist. The whole office is positive and provides pain free dentistry. I've had very extensive dental treatment (I'm 59 with very bad teeth) and can honestly say I've never been in pain with Dr Artzer. He and his staff watch for tell tale signs of pain, creasing of eyes, flinching, etc and are never too busy to stop, give pain relief and they always offer the relaxing gas which takes the edge off. I had to have a root canal and crown put on. Did I mention I dont like the dentist chair. Anxiety out the roof. However from the moment I went into the office I was put at ease. From the gentle voices of the staff to the smiling faces that always greeted me I felt my anxiety ease.. And yes they even held my hand through the procedure.
Dr. Artzer did some extensive work on my teeth. This included root canals, fillings and caps. I was very pleased with the work although it was a bit pricey. Dr. Artzer was very pleasant as was his staff. The office was well maintained and modern. He was very gentle and worked to keep pain to a minimum.
I LOVE THIS DENTIST AND HIS STAFF!!!! I have tremendous fears of dentist from past experiences. From the first time that I even called his office, they were set to put me at ease! They helped me to relax and actually enjoy my dentist experience. I didn't have any cavities or need anything other than a cleaning but they still took the time to validate my feelings and let me know feel better about dental work. I look forward to many more years of seeing Dr. Artzer and his wonderful staff!!
Dr. Artzer has given me a great smile..while correcting poor front teeth crowns done by another dentist. He is great, has wonderful staff, and always can work in a patient without having to wait for months.
I hate going to any dentist because my teeth are in such bad shape. Dr. Artzer has gained my trust over the past 7 years. The entire staff honestly cares about each patient, and they remember my name ( possibly because I was an emotional wreck the first couple times I saw them), but they still remember me, even when I let almost two years lapse between visits.
