Very good thorough dr full of laughs the kind of dr you need to bring laughter
I saw Dr. Zacharek for chronic rhinitis. Though the recommended treatment didn't work, his bedside manner exceeded my expectations. He really took his time to answer my many questions and seemed like he genuinely wanted me to understand. I love that he projected the scope while he was doing it and showed me step-by-step what he was seeing. I also appreciated his conservative approach. Highly recommend dr Z!
The 1 star is for Dr. Zacharek, who is an excellent provider. The empty stars are for the office who is one of the worst!!! It has been 4 months and I haven’t received my referral letters including an allergist for my sinus problem and intense ear pain. For the first 2 months, they delayed sending my prescriptions over to my pharmacy. I had to call them over 20 times during the coarse of couple months, until I was even informed about the names of my 3 prescribed medications.
