Such a very thorough and caring doctor and staff. I felt like all my concerns were considered and addressed.
The atmosphere in the office is so friendly and welcoming from check-in to check out. The staff in the office are amazing. I will definitely be returning.
Dr Waeltz listened to my concern and explained in detailed his findings. I was seen at the time of my appointment, minimum wait time. The staff is very respectful of your time and needs. Excellent customer service !
Even tho there was a small glitch, check in was quick. Of course I filled out a myriad of paperwork prior to this visit, most of which seemed unnecessary (to me at least). There was no wait as I was taken to a room and then to x-ray. Within seconds Dr. Waeltz came in and was extremely pleasant, as always. Office staff courteous and professional.
