Been seeing Dr. Vann about a year and grateful for his astute bedside manner and great staff. He recommended physical therapy for my knee which no one had ever suggested and it definitely is helping. His PA who does injections is also nice and really precise and his assistant Sandra is really helpful and has good follow-up. Sometimes the doctor might be great and not the staff or vice versa but my experience here has been good all around so far. I'd recommend.
Dr. Vann removed a worn tendon in my right foot. After numerous complaints about the pain, I was sent to a Neurologist. He confirmed my sureal nerve was damaged. So after months of non-stop pain, he did a second surgery. Now two years from the first surgery, I am still in pain. Dr.Vann ruined my foot, caused me to go for alternative measures to help, which is costing me. Dr.Vann's office no.linger accepts my insurance, but I would not let him treat me again!!!
Had 2 visits and won't be going bk. They say pay attention to your body & that's exactly what I do. I came in with a foot problem that you can see with your eyes...yet he tells me nothing is wrong. When it's visible clear as day. I guess he feels he won't get paid because I have unpaid medical bills with Methodist..which is from my car accident and waiting for the attorney to finish my case so that my medical bills can be paid. Dr. Vann has kept me walking for the past two years as I forestall surgery as long as possible :). His bedside manner is par none and he has been wonderful about answering questions and providing me with information while allowing me to make my own decisions. In addition, Dr. Vann has operated on my husband and son with great results and has cared for my sister, as well. All of them think very highly of him. I recommend him to anyone with foot/ankle problems without reservation.
