Dr. Rowley was not only very kind but listened to me.All of the staff was very kind as well. I want to thank each of them.On my first visit i was very anxious not knowing what to expect,but he explained to me in terms i could understand exactly what steps he would take to help me with the problems i am having with my knee.
Dr Rowley was very professional. He listened to my problem and knew how to fix the problem, and my leg has been getting better since then. I would highly recomend Dr Rowley.
Dr. Rowley was personable, answered all of my questions patiently and took care of my problem on the spot. I never felt like he was rushing me out and he actually had a happy glad to see you face which many physicians should learn from! I highly recommend him!
As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for 26 years I have worked with hundreds of joint replacement patients. I chose Dr. Rowley as my orthopedic surgeon based on the success of his patients with their recovery and based upon the comments I have heard from people in the community. He does not "rush" through my appointments but always sits down and explains all options then seeks MY input on my condition. I do not hesitate to recommend him to people I know.
I have had arthroscopic knee surgery twice before so I was already familiar with knee issues but my previous experience was with a very good doctor in Virginia Beach. Dr. Rowley did not rush into surgery. His recommendation was to try to let it heal on it's own and then try physical therapy to try to avoid surgery. I opted for surgery for a torn meniscus as physical therapy did not reduce the limitations I was experiencing. This surgery was the easiest yet. I highly recommend Dr. Rowley!
Very caring office and listened to my needs!
I started seeing Dr. Rowley for a knee problem. Some exercises and a shot of cortisone fixed em right up. A few months later I began having problems with an ankle I had previously injured. When problems persisted after therapy an MRI was ordered and we discovered torn ligaments. Surgery was scheduled. The surgery has been a success. Dr. Rowley is attenttive and will answer your questions. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Dr. Rowley replaced my left shoulder in January 2015. Following physical therapy I have fully recovered complete and total use of my left shoulder and arm. I'm without any pain with total strength and range of motion.
I would not recommend Dr. Rowley to anyone. He did not listen to my concerns. When I went online to read the summary visit, he included items that we never discussed and symptoms I never mentioned. He was rude to me and to his nurse. A doctor who is rude to his own nurse needs a class on manners. I was supposed to be the first patient after lunch. I waited in the waiting room for over an hour after my appointment time.
