Very thorough but the office staff (specifically the office manger Kerry) is difficult to work with.
Dr. Mark is incredibly compassionate and truly cares deeply about not only the patient, but the parents as well. He is a VERY intelligent pediatrician and takes time to explain and answer questions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my children. The office staff is also wonderful!
Outstanding. Our youngest son has had multiple, significant problems since birth. Many involve G.I. issues (he has a g-tube). For years, Dr. Mark was the only doctor our son would let touch his stomach and palpate. He allowed him to do it because Dr. Mark would talk to him, listen to him, gain his trust. Dr. Mark is the best! He really cares about our kids and is extremely thorough. My 13 year old son loves how he talks to him at his level. Dr. Mark is all about the mental and physical health of our growing children. I highly recommend him and would not take my son anywhere else.
This is Dr. Mark. I'm posting a review in response to a couple of the reviews as I do not have a login. I will keep it short. All policies are determined by me and my staff in total. The implementation of those policies is on our staff. My wife is our practice administrator. She cares deeply for the families we serve. Sometimes difficult discussions must be had in order to implement these policies but I fully support her and all our staff. We are sorry if that leaves some frustrated at times.
His wife that runs the office is very rude. They seem more about money than ethics
We were expecting our second child and the pediatrician we were using was no long taking new clients. We had heard that Dr. Regnier was a great doctor and have not been disappointed. My son loves him because he actually listens and talks to him, not over him. Dr. Regnier has explained every step of the way what to expect in the development for both our children and explains to us in terms we understand. We couldn't ask for a better doctor.
He has great bedside manner. Has the magic touch with kids, always knows the right thing to say. Helps you through transitions of development you could have a baby and a pre teen in the room at the same time and he can go from kid to kid and speak at their level. He's extraordinary intelligent but doesn't let being a dr get to his head, he listens to you, and goes above and beyond.
