Dr. Noguiera is a top notch urologist. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly and goes out of his way. We have multiple family members that see him and I highly recommend him.
He is extremely caring. He listens when you talk and actually seems genuine which is hard to come by in today’s world.
I am deeply disappointed with the experience my fiancé and I had with Dr. Nogueira’s office. After being referred by a friend of Dr. Nogueira, we encountered repeated issues with the rude and incompetent office staff (one woman, in particular). The unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy were beyond frustrating and left us with no choice but to seek a new doctor for my fiancé. I hate to give one start being it’s based on the office staff not even the doctors. I was referred that the office would call me today upon release from the hospital to see me right away as I have a very large kidney stone that most likely needs surgery. I was hung up on first then called back, the tone in the women’s voice was rude from the start, I could tell she either hates her life or job neither which is my problem.
