Many years ago, I went to this office. The doctors were good, but the front office staff were not helpful or good. That is the real reason I did not go back. Now, I am looking to change doctors, as mine is unresponsive in refilling a medication, does not answer the phone, and, has fax machine turned off. Has front office staff changed? Would like to know, if I can.
Best doctor I've ever had and I'm 74 years old.
The front desk staff tend to be on rude and unhelpful but the doctors on staff are very good.
