Dr. Conner is great and the hygienists are wonderful! However, the staff answering the phones to coordinate appointments are extremely rude. Without fail, every call I make in there ends with me wanting to find a different place for cleanings. It’s sad that the dentist and hygienists are so amazing but the receptionists are so disrespectful. They truly ruin a great practice.. I hope they find better receptionists before it tanks the whole place!
Called for emergency care as the website says it is offered. Lady on the phone informed me I needed a cleaning and exam before I could even be considered, she was rude and just trying to get off the phone.
Dr. Conner and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.
