I would avoid this place. Not only did I wait 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen, but I have been calling the office for months to follow up and no one ever answers the phone.. I finally reached the dentist today and she hung up in my face.. If you don’t even have simple phone etiquette or customer service, I don’t see how anyone could trust you with their teeth… Avoid 👎🏾
I decided to try this dentist for myself as I have been looking for a new dentist since before the pandemic. It was a nice home, family feeling and all the staff was extremely polite. The people waiting before me appeared to be regulars and, had good things to say. I definitely had a great visit and will be returning.
This is my third time receiving care from Dr. McDonald and have received the best care. I have sensitive gum and she took the time to make sure I did not feel any pain why she cleaned my teeth. The wait was worth it.
