I'm new to this practice, but I am so impressed. Dr. Sum is very kind and generous with her time. She took the time to really listen and understand my concerns; and goals - something my GP never took the time to do. After just a few treatments I am doing SO much better. A week ago, I could barely walk across the parking lot. By next week I hope to walk to my appointments. That is a really big deal! The office is really calming. Everyone is just so nice. Dr Marisa has been fantastic in treating myself and my family and helping us understand the importance of spinal health in terms of overall wellbeing. A concrete example of this being my Mum, who after years of extreme pain from rheumatoid arthritis, received treatment from Dr Marisa, with pain level dropping significantly and mobility in her arm increasing 10X. Would highly recommend.
