I had a frustrating experience with this office. While the doctor herself seemed kind and professional, the front desk staff made the overall experience very difficult. I called multiple times regarding an ultrasound order and to get clarification on my lab results, but I did not receive clear or helpful responses. Dr Potter is an amazing Doctor. She is very good at listening to my expectations and addressing them. She is nice, attentive and dedicated. When I had my appointments, her team was friendly. Thank you Dr. Potter.
If I could give Zero stars I would!Make sure that you ask if she is IN NETWORK with BOTH your primary insurance as well as your secondary insurance. I was kind enough not to cancel a follow up appointment because I thought it would be rude. I really did not even have to go. On the second visit she barely looked at my arm and I was charge $101.00!!!!!! Thinking that I was covered with only my copay, which I paid both times, I then was billed in addition to my copay $165.00 on top of my copays for something that was just a sli... read more
