Dr. Mariotti was great! My husband was hard of hearing and I was able to go into the exam room with him. She was kind, patient, and courteous. She has a sense of humor, and my husband greatly appreciated this. We had to move back to Ohio, and I miss her.

She listens and pays attention in detail and remembers everything you say. Doesnt rush and makes you feel important. My all time favorite and I wish we had more like her.

I found Dr. Mariotti to be polite, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and yet, quite personable. She took good care of me, and I would trust her to do so, again. I see she’s leaving the Gaylord office. I wish her well, on her future endeavors.

I was a patient of Dr. Mariotti’s years ago and it took me a long time to trust doctors again after my experience with her office. In general, I’m a pretty easy going person, but when she messed up a prescription I needed, I called the office to ensure that it would be corrected. After politely explaining that the prescription I needed was different from what she had written, I was told I was no longer a patient and was not given a referral anywhere else. They were unprofessional a and uncaring

Dr. Mariotti has been our family physician for years. Patient, knowledgable and a good listener She has advocated for our family when the hospitsl wanted to admit us out of caution. She is the sole practioner in the office, which can make waiting times for appointments seem longer, but we so appreciate her approach. Most of the staff have been there for over a decade

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not only was the treatment second-rate and unprofessional, the staff is rude and completely inept. The doctor is typically unavailable most days during the week and I often would have to schedule appointments more than 2 weeks in advance, even for more serious issues. This office also does not file medical claims properly and in a timely fashion. Basically, if you want a second-rate doctor for a higher price, become a patient at this practice. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Dr. Mariotti is the exact opposite of the annoying 'corporate' medical groups in the Royal Oak area. At her office I am not simply a number on a chart, and her team does not use my insurance company to commit highway robbery. These two characteristics were essential in my decision to make her my PCP.

So disappointed in our recent experience. My husband and I were assigned to her through ours insurance. While I very much loved her care and bedside manner when I saw her, I was greatly disappointed when my husband experienced a medical emergency (a ruptured Achilles' tendon) that required him to be seen quickly and referred to a surgeon. The reception staff would only offer him an appointment for 10 days out. When I explained the urgency and offered to have the MRI sent over to validate our co
