Hands-down, the best experience I have ever had getting my eyes checked. Dr. Santos was patient and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered, particularly at my age. I’m also a mom of two and had questions about my children’s eyesight which he expertly handled. Highly recommend.
Great doctor very thorough front desk friendly and accommodating for as my son needed further testing and they squeezed us in highly recommend this office
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Dr. Mario Santos’ office. After my mom received her updated prescription, the staff refused to sell her glasses and told her to go to her old op-tometrist to buy them—despite her being a patient here for over a year. I even went in personally to try to resolve the issue, but they still refused. It felt targeted and discriminatory, especially toward a senior patient. We were left confused, dismissed, and up-set.
