Overall the experience it was very good! The dr. Hear everything I had to say! The waiting time was about an hour, but I think it was worth it.
- I work in EMS. Brought a Pt here today for an appointment at 0800. (in an ambulance). The MA checked Pt in and then we waited.., and waited for over an Hour!. At 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting I asked staff what was going on/why Pt has not been seen. They stated the Dr just got in a few minutes ago - and with some attitude they stated “ this is the way it’s always been..” To me that’s ridiculous. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Asks you questions and takes time to listen to your concerns. We Highly recommend him . Open Saturdays and Sundays which is very convenient.
Horrible customer service with that doctor (Mario Vasques Aguilar). Seems to me he is just there for the money not the patient. I have been there 3 times and every single time the guy has given very poor customer service. Oh and one more thing he takes forever to see you ( 3 to 4 hours) .
