I’m baffled why my mum keeps going to this doctor. A year ago she had a truly appalling experience with Connie over the phone. She was completely racist, making derogatory comments about my mum’s English and then denying it. It was utterly unprofessional and genuinely rude. I can’t believe this happened to my mum after 10 years. Even the receptionist today wasn’t very nice. The staff clearly needs better training.

Doctor is good but reception staff is so rude, needs to learn basic way of communication. I called to confirm what time doctor is coming, she gave me a time saying please come on the time as you are the first one, when I went she said doctor has gone out and won't be back for other 1 or 2 hours. When I said how long exactly I need to wait, she replied can be from 5 minutes to 50 minutes, can't guarantee you.
