The hygenist who did my son's cleaning was wonderful. Dr. Ramos asked if we had concerns and addressed and explained them so we were satisfied. He was friendly and great with my son. This is the 3rd time we've been to his office. The only point to note is that all 3 times the doctor has seemed rushed, but he does what he needs to do, took us right on time and was friendly. Great experience!!
I brought my 3 sons here for a cleaning and checkup. I have Delta Dental insurance. I asked the receptionist what it would cost me. I was told that they would submit to my insurance and let me know. I got a bill for $372 from Dr. Ramos after insurance. I called the office manager repeatedly about the bill, it took her 3 weeks for her to get back to me. have been bringing my kids there for years, we made a change, only to discover they had numerous cavities that were undetected. Cavities that decayed over time.
Other dentists wanted my daughter to be sedated to do the dental work. He managed to talk her through. Very kid friendly.
We tried two other dentists before Dr. Ramos. He is the only one who can get my child to sit still in a dentist chair. Equipment is first rate. They could use some more space.
