Bad, bad, bad!!! My appointment was at 1:30, I get there at 1:20 and come 3pm, I still haven't been seen!!!! I had to leave to pick my son up from school on the OTHER side of town & asked for my $20 co-pay which receptonist refused to give back until I spoke with the manager!! I then get my insurance paperwork getting charged for a Dr visit which I never saw!! I understand since I saw the Medical Assistant they need to charged something but not a Dr visit when in reality, the other times I just saw the Nurse Practitioner!!! ... read more
It was the worst experience ever! We had an appt time set and did not get in a room until an hour later, then didn't see the Nurse Prac for another hour! The staff at the front did not even check to see that we had an appt and just assumed we were a walk in. They told another patient (who was waiting for an appt specifically with the Dr.) that they only had one more person ahead of them, and then the doc walked out and left and said good evening, and the patient was still in the waiting room.
