First of all the staff members are very rude. They have not even heard of the word empathy. Every time you call to check on your results or follow up, you will get contradictory information from the staff members. The doctor tells you one thing and when you call to follow up the staff looks at the system and tells something else. And even when you try to explain, they just keep repeating the same information without understanding what is being said. I have had way too many such confusing encounters with them. This is one of the best doctors I have ever been to.....she takes her time with me and really listens. I had a health problem for many years and she directed me to go and see Dr Edward Hepworth. This is the only doctor in 30 years to tell me what was exactly medically wrong with me. She is the best and she sends you to the best. Her staff is amazing and compassionate, just like the doctor. She deserves to win 5280 award for best doctor and her staff with her.
Dr, Ivashchenko is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, compassionate, and real. She listens and provides great advice. I saw her for the first time today and she spent a great deal of time with me and I felt like she really got to know me and my health concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Ivashchenko!
