Worth taking the time to find a different primary doctor. Staff is rude, Doctor is rude, wait time is crazy, never physical, always on the phone. Being short staffed is not an excuse to be rude. I hope this place gets their act together, they all seem miserable, and with that , being a patient you’ll end up feeling miserable, just call and get yourself something better, it’ll be worth it, don’t waste your time here. Take care of yourself, because they will not.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Stay as far away from this place as you can. There’s all these negative reviews for a reason. They make trying to get an appointment so difficult and the girls at the front desk are all so rude, they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. As if their entire job isn’t to help people. I don’t understand why you go into the medical field if you don’t have it in you to help others.

All through covid and even a little after I was trying to get an inpatient appointment and was told I could only do it over the phone. Now since the school year started, I'm homeschooling my son and don't have time during open office hours to come in person and they're now telling me that they won't refill my scripts until I see the doctor in person because it had been too long since i had seen them. 🤦‍♀️ I'm taking Zoloft and have been long before I ever got assigned to this Dr. Long story short, I straight up told them th... read more
