Didn't experience any delays, other than the standard paperwork collection (~10 min). Most importantly, Dr. P is caring, upbeat, funny, and takes the time to answer your questions despite her busy schedule. Her bedside manner is wonderful.
After seven visits with Dr. Protopappas or her PA's, I calculated that the average waiting time was 2 1/2 hours. During those long waiting times many highly frustrated patients inquired why the eating time is sooooo long. Typical answer overheard was a illogical, nonsense answer.
Even though Dr P and her staff are accomplished at what they do -- waiting for 2 1/2 hours ( yes , it is not a typo -- 2 1/2 hours!) for a scheduled visit is completely rude and disrespectful. Something is wrong here, because this is not the first time it has occurred. When I arrived for an 11am appt, the staff said that the PA, Jessica, would be 45 minutes to 1 hr late -- ok, but then after waiting an hour, I was then told there would was another 1 1/2 hour wait... really!
