The mistake I made was not visiting Dr Ceaus sooner. Last year I had an eye exam elsewhere… huge mistake. I was given the wrong strength for my glasses. I went back several times because my vision was worse with my glasses on. Finally I visited Dr Ceaus who discovered my eye strength diagnosis was too strong. Dr Ceaus in a new very accessible location quickly solved my vision problem. I’m happy to recommend the Eye Clinic to anyone.

Very disappointed with how my daughter’s ( Payam) urgent appointment was handled. I called ahead and explained her severe toe pain, our long drive, and the emergency situation, but the clinic still refused to accommodate us. Despite my efforts to convince them over the phone, there was no compassion or flexibility shown. As a mother, this was deeply frustrating and unacceptable.

Very disappointed with how my daughter’s appointment with Dr. Marina Ceaus was handled. We had planned this visit a month in advance, even cleared our schedules two days earlier when we got the date wrong, and I traveled from outside Canada with limited time. On the actual day, my 14-year-old daughter was in pain from a toe injury. Despite driving through heavy traffic and arriving late, the clinic showed no flexibility or compassion and turned us away.
