The worst experience. Denied to provide me pcp statement form 504 for my child. They told me the school had to provide me w a paper. Had to wait two months to set up an appointment, first. The doctor had no idea what was 504. And psychologist wasn’t helpful, she said this wasn’t possible for my son.
Very gentle and patient and takes the time to know your child/children during the appointment.
