Dr. Van Horn is one of the best doctors I've seen. She is very well-educated, compassionate, and it is obvious she wants the best for her patients. It's very refreshing to have a doctor who listens to you, AND who will actually state an opinion if asked. Great!
She misdiagnosed me, promised a referral which was never made. She never touched me, didn’t lay a hand or a arthroscope on me. All the sweet talk is useless if you don’t take care of your patients’ health issue. Shameful.
Been a patient of Dr. Van Horn for over 10 years. I find her to be very attentive and knowledgeable in her assessments.

I have always liked Dr van horn but the people that take calls and make appointments are horrible. I was put on hold for nearly 20 mins and when calling back the lady said, "oh, I'm sorry, in new. You have to understand. They shouldn't leave me up here by myself." That was after calling back at least 10 times within that hr to get her to answer the phone. Also had a huge issue last time with my medication. They swore that they sent it but I had to call to hem a good 8 times for them to do it.
She was great as long as I was just doing my yearly checkups, the minute I needed a doctor she referred me. (It tuned out my iron was low) I find that she doesn't pay attention to what I'm saying.
I was so happy with Dr. Van Horn as my primary care doctor that I also chose her to care for my son since he was born 2 years ago. She has always been incredibly kind and helpful and I have had complete confidence in her medical guidance.
Dr. Van Horn seems rushed to treat my wife every instance she's come in and doesn't seem to have the time to call herself for follow-ups (upon request). Once for a skin ailment she said I don't know what that is and hastily wrote a script for a cream and left. For sleep deprivation, she saw my wife twice and both medications didn't work and were told to keep coming in for new medicine. She would not return phone calls to explain why she couldn't just prescribe over the phone. Finding new doc.
