After the nurse checks you out, be prepared to wait for 1.5 hours or more or wait till the cows come home. At some bright hour, she will wake you up from your slumber.
Everyone in the office is super helpful and kind. Dr. Ryan really listens and the staff cares for each patient! You may wait awhile to be called back, but it is because Dr. Ryan takes time and care with each person! Have been going here for about 15 years—love them!
Never ever ever again. I waited two months for my appointment, just to have them call me the day before and tell me my insurance no longer covers telemedicine (it’s an office choice to continue this way). Dr Ryan herself was rude, dismissed all of my symptoms, and had horrible bedside manner. I wish I had gone to another endo I felt completely dismissed and unheard and left with no solutions. Don’t go here if you have other options.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Ryan. I was worried when my previous thyroid doctor retired, but she is also a great doctor. She listens extremely well, is caring, always follows up on my bloodwork (verbal or written instructions), has felt the thyroid area of my throat when I used to have in person office visits, and orders my scripts and medicine refills extremely quickly. I consider myself lucky that my PCP recommended her.
The office staff is beyond rude. They actually hung up on me. It makes you not even want to go to the doctors whether they’re good or not.
Dr Ryan is highly competent ,thorough and easy to talk to.I highly recommend her.
New patient who found Dr Ryan to be a good listener and informative . She went out of her way to try and obtain test results of a biopsy I had the day before during my visit with her. She followed up promptly with a phone call when the results were available with a plan of action. I had a very positive experience and was glad I did not let the negative reviews I read prevent me from seeing her.
Took me 6 weeks to get an appointment as a new patient - I confirmed the date & time on the phone and typed it into my business calendar while on the phone with the scheduler. The day before the appointment someone from the Doc's office called to confirm the time of which matched my calendar while still on the phone. I showed up on time but was told I had missed my appointment by 3 and half hours. The receptionist was extremely rude and treated me like I was inconveniencing her,
I would never recommend this practice to anyone. The Doctors do not call you back after having testing or even biopsies. They are uncaring and not knowledgeable. Same goes for the office staff cold and uncaring. I was treated like I was just a number. You never get reminders about appointments and when you call for your results it takes days and days and days that is if they even call you back. This was a terrible experience for me. I would never recommend them.
