I've been to quite a few dentists and this one was by far the most unpleasant. The only thing she said to me the entire visit was "I'm Dr. Palacios, I'll be doing your fillings." That was after I had already been in the room with her for 5 minutes. Her demeanor was just very cold and gave off the impression that I was somehow inconveniencing her. If I could've left a 0 star review, I would have. This was the worst dental experience I've ever had, especially considering she didn't even perform a single procedure on me. She was extremely rude and cold, never acknowledged my presence after walking into the room a couple of times and sitting to do paperwork. When she did finally say hello, it was so impersonal and bothered that I couldn't imagine her providing care to anyone. I don’t leave many reviews but my experience with Marilyn Palacios warrants one. I can not review her work but only her demeanor. Firstly she is very dry , didn’t even introduce herself to me or even a say good morning. She then proceeded with an exam which included tapping my hurt tooth with an instrument and asking if it hurt, obviously it hurts or I wouldn’t be there in the first place, she was not gentle , she abruptly left after that and I had to wait an entire hour for a price of a root canal that she herself doesn’t p... read more
