Biggest issue is that it's so hard to get ahold of her. She has no office staff. When you call her she will absolutely never answer the phone. When you leave a message it may take a while before she calls you back. When she calls you back it may be at a very inconvenient moment. I was always driving or in the bathroom when she called. Even if you call her back less than 2 seconds after you missed her call, she will NEVER answer. Her virtual receptionist is unnecessarily long and she just rambles. Referred by Primary Care doc after TBI (concussion from cycling accident). Poor communication overall. Significant delay (~1month) in getting results back after test. Unable to contact for test result explanation - doesn't answer phone, assistant's phone, or email. Test results had inaccuracies, misinformation, and poor analysis overall - borderline unprofessional. Not recommended.
