She gets mad if you ask questions, is rude, condescending, and should not be practicing medicine. Her life must be really sad for her to treat people as horribly as she does.
Dr. is only intrested in billing her patients for as many visits and procedures as possible. She will rush you out when you still have questions (even after YOU have waited well past your appointment time to be seen). On multiple occasions she sent me out with pamphlets instead of answers. The office will not tell you anything on the phone because they would rather charge excessively to make you sit in her office for a few minutes. Go to someone else!
Dr. Boyd is excellent. She has been my doctor for the past 10 years and I would not have had the quality of life I do now without her care.
As I sit in Dr. Boyd's office waiting to be seen, I'm essentially mad at myself for continuing to see this doctor. The rest of the reviews are correct. This Doctor has zero bedside manner. Her staff is the same. Not to mention, there's no barrier between the waiting area and reception. It's a little disturbing listening to other people's business. Isn't that a violation of privacy rights?! Taking care of business today and then NEVER returning. Seriously. Don't waste your time here.
I had to wait over an hour for one of my appointments just to have the Dr. Boyd rush me out and talk to me in an unprofessional manner. On multiple occasions she did not completely answer questions I had. I also got a surprise bill for fees I was not informed about.
Dr was lacking professional friendly manner. Seemed impatient and even agitated by our questions during consult; responses were terse and perfunctory. This appt was for my daughter and her FIRST experience with a GYN. I was not present during actual exam, but afterward my daughter shared with me her unsettling experience and comments made by Dr. Her comments can only be described as uncaring, judgmental, crass, demeaning, intimidating, totally unprofessional. An extremely negative experience.
