Dr. Cabaluna was the in-hospital pediatrician after I delivered my son. After she saw him, she kept telling my husband and me something was off but would not answer any of our questions or elaborate, only stating she was going to try to transfer him to Valley Children's. We were very discontent with her lack of communication that my doctor and the nurses in the hospital told us we could ask for another pediatrician. I’m only leaving 4 stars because Dr Cabaluna is amazing with my daughter. However, the medical assistants up front are HORRIBLE! Bad customer service, never make eye contact with you, and just rude! Today I took my daughter and I needed an address for a prescription I was given. I called the office at 4:15 I didn’t get an answer and was sent to the operator that just said the office is closed, mind you they close at 5 and I was in Visalia because I really needed the medication for my daughter. I had to drive back to Hanford ... read more
