She does not listen to patients or parents’ concerns, constantly talks over you, and is incredibly rude during visits. She spends almost the entire appointment staring at her computer, barely makes eye contact, and only gives about five rushed minutes of actual conversation before walking out. My son's father explicitly told this doctor that he did not want all five injections given to my son at once and she flat out refused to accommodate our needs, stating that she is only here on Fridays. Mind you, she would not be the one to administer the immunizations. When his father told her that he could always make another appointment and come back so that my son could receive the rest she simply walked away. Dr. Cabaluna and her staff are incredibly welcoming and they always make sure that we have all questions answered and addressed before we leave. They are very time-conscious which is nice, the only times I’ve had to wait were due to me last-minute scheduling or waiting for other patients. I appreciate their busy office because they really care about every single one of their patients.

Front desk staff is so rude. Be prepared to wait at least hours to be seen. Worst dr office.
