Dr Mariely is a great doctor. However I have no choice but to take my son elsewhere. The front desk staff is inefficient and cold. The front desk staff has never been understanding or even cordial to me and other parents. It's a shame because the location is perfect and the doctor is great. I had an insurance issue once that wasn't their fault (but guess what, it wasn't my fault or my son's fault either) and as soon as the clock hit 12:00pm the front desk lady told me they were at lunch. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

This practice never called to remind me of appointments. They also never returned my calls. The giant train table in the waiting room is lots of fun but it shouldn't be in a waiting room. My child had no motivation to leave the fun waiting room, so getting him to the patient room was always an ordeal. It became too stressful to take my child to this practice, so we found someone else.

Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
