Had an initial examination with Katrina Poulsen, NP recently and was extremely pleased. She was thorough and explained where issues needed attention and addressed those. Also prescribed a topical cream to improve skin health. I highly recommend this dermatology clinic.
It’s seems patient confidentiality doesn’t exist here. The receptionist is very loud and doesn’t care about blurting out other patients conditions and symptoms. So much for HIPPA. Also instead of asking if your insurance has changed they will let everyone know in the lobby that you are getting assistance by screaming out the exact insurance you have. Very unprofessional spiteful receptionist.
Such a great office and wonderful doctors and staff. Always a great experience. Feels like a spa doctor's office.
Doctor Tuttle was able to schedule me to do a Biopsy with markers another Dermotologist had requested. We were headed South for the Winter. It ended up excised. Me being a red head, she knew I would take more numbing agent, taking a 5x2 inch football shape from my calf, she was thorough and the scar is a thin line that I'm sure will fade. During that time I asked about one I had shown my other doctor and he said it's nothing. I have a history of Cancer. I was referred to Dermatology Clinic of Southern Utah in 2023. I made an appointment with Dr. Tuttle Fall of 2023 and was told that I could not get in until February of 2024. A very long wait, but I agreed at the time. Then, early 2024, I get a call stating that there was a "family issue" and the appointment would have to be moved to May!
