Dr Fazzary is a great dr. Very caring and capable. Her staff (on the other hand) are a disaster. The people who do her billing should have been fired years ago. Dr Fazzary was very helpful to me with some medical problems. It was eight or nine years ago, I had a colonoscopy and the bills came in. I didn’t have any trouble paying them, but my insurance was still in the process of paying their share and then I finally got the bill in the mail. The next day, I called the office to pay my bill. Dr. Fazzary is the best of the best. People complain about having to wait in the office for her. The reason? She spends quality time with her patients. To me, that makes her the best physician she can be. I'll wait as long as I have to, to see her.
Worst office you could ever go to. Avoid at all costs, the receptionist hangs up on you to switch the phones over they don’t call in your prescriptions and they guess at which pharmacy to call in when they do. They kept calling in the wrong prescriptions for me to the wrong pharmacy and I’ve been trying to straighten this out for a month. The doctor is great but you can’t get past the staff.
