I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Benkley! I've met with her for a few different issues and every visit was an extremely positive experience. She is kind and attuned in a way that has made me feel very safe to be honest and vulnerable. This means everything to me and in my experience has not been easy to find. She is knowledgeable and offers guidance in a way that feels comforting while still approaching care in a collaborative way. I can't recommend her highly enough!
