What a horrible experience. My mother recently moved from new york. We tried to get her established here based on the reviews. I have to wonder if the other people saw the same Dr.! 1. She was very cold. Asked the preference of language. My mother replied "english" so of course she spoke in spanish. Spoke to her in a very condescending tone and basically handed us referrals other drs. Got bloodwork. Office FORCED her to come in for results. Made appt. The doctor didn't show. Seriously? BYE!
Very caring good bedside manner. Staff was very attentive professional this is family doctor you should go to in Saint cloud. I found a new family doctor today thank you dr morales
