I love everything about this office. The doctors, the staff, the office itself. I've been a patient for years and have always felt like they provided me with top care.
Very through & detailed. Entire office personnel seems very warm, caring, and highly competent. Husband and wife, are both excellent practitioners.
The doctors are great, but no one ever answers the phone, which makes it almost impossible to make an appointment. I’m bummed, but I think I am going to have to change primary care doctors for this reason.
Ridiculous wait times to get appointment or even talk to someone. Not recommend as PCP or if you have anything urgent to take care off. The reception staff are the least bothered about patients, dont even call you back in 2 days after requesting to be called multiple times.
I get what these comments are saying about wait times but listen up... The US Medical board has made it SO difficult for Dr's today, causing them to have to be too quick w patients! Neither Dr. Chong's will treat you that way! They both care about you; give you time to talk, will listen and help you. The wait will be worth it. - Take a book!
